Heterogeneous Chitosan@copper Catalyzed Selective C(sp3)–H Sulfonylation of Ketone Hydrazones with Sodium Sulfinates: Direct Access to β-Ketosulfones

چکیده

The exploration of inexpensive and stable heterogeneous catalysts for C–S coupling reactions remains a challenging issue. Herein, we successfully prepared new biomass-derived copper catalyst applied it to the selective C(sp3)–H-directed sulfonylation ketone hydrazones with commercial sodium sulfinates. was characterized using different spectroscopic microscopic techniques. Importantly, biomass-supported Cu catalyzed reaction considerably high activity. A variety aryl alkyl sulfinates were converted corresponding sulfones good yields. In particular, could be recovered easily after synthesis consecutively used at least five times no appreciable decrease in catalytic Lastly, is expected have further applications organic by Cu/CuO2.
